Another excellent and valuable article, Esat! I'll admit: I'm kind-of a journal junkie:)) I led a 30-day Miracle Mornings Challenge with my coaching students and one component was to journal for 10-30 minutes. It really does get addicitive after you implement the habit and then leads to major self-discovery. I cry sometimes when I read older journal entries, especially in the darkest parts of my life.
