To become an entrepreneur, you must be a little nutty.

“I’ll just eat ramen for a year to write a book, sell everything I own to pay for a good editor and agent, and then hope my work sells.”

“I’ll give up this comfy job and 6-figure salary to open a vegan food truck.”

“I will liquidate my 401k to lease a yoga studio and follow my passion to teach yoga.”

These thoughts are not normal, yet they are for entrepreneurs.

Yep, little I said, definitely a bunch of wackos. And I should know: I am one of them. In fact I has been an entrepreneur for over 22 years and three businesses.

“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.” -Steve Jobs

Reasons Entrepreneurs’ Mental Health May Be At Higher Risk

  1. You are the boss, and the worker rolled into one person

When you go to work, you are told what to do. This may not sound great for some, but it gives you structure. Entrepreneurs must figure it all out on their own…
