I Look and Feel Like a Woman But I Think and Work More Like a Man

Thank you for reading this article. As a woman; mother, and a business coach, I would love to say I don’t see any differences between the sexes, but that would be a lie. My client ratio is 3 to 1 — Three male clients for every female. I believe the reasons may be two-fold: more men start businesses than women and also, there is a current trend for women to give up their careers altogether (I hope it will soon pass). Before I begin, I must say this article is only based on my personal experiences. I can only hope some reading this have much BETTER first-hand examples than I do. What is masculine and what is feminine? Does it even matter? Yes and No. Society gender-types us BIG TIME. There is a huge divide on women’s issues and equality is still a far-off dream. Two steps forward, ten steps backward. At least that’s how I feel in 2021 as an American woman. I can only imagine how my sisters in Africa or Asia feel!

But this isn’t a feminist rant. Because women don’t like me much. I have more masculine…
