Do you boycott or encourage yourself? Few of us realize how important self-talk can be. The more self-aware you become, the more you will notice what kind of thoughts you are entertaining and feeding. It may not seem like it, but this may be the key to succeeding in your career, relationships, personal and professional goals. There are clearly two very different voices in your subconscious mind. Which one are you going to feed?

What Is The Saboteur’s Voice?

This is the voice of fear and discouragement. The entire purpose of this voice is to stop you from taking action and to make you question your motives. This voice will fill you with “What If” questions and pump your imagination with negative outcomes that stop you from trying. Change = danger.

What Is The Inner Coach?

This is the voice of positivity and encouragement. This voice will tell you that you can succeed and that you are good enough. It will show you all the potential wins you can expect once you have taken action to change. The “What If” this voice shows you are exciting and positive. Change =empowerment.
