I Believe In Manifestation

I really do. After I decided I needed to change my old life, I began a journey to seek truth and purpose. This led me to work with several coaches and gurus, who know exactly how to keep me hanging on their every word. Over the course of about three years, I did yoga, meditated, and worked respectfully with three coaches: a Confidence Coach, a Life Coach and a Spiritual Coach. Add to that a therapist and I had more help than I could wish for.

I journaled, repeated mantras, and focused for one hour per day on attracting what I wanted into my life. I felt serene, confident, and at peace. During that period, I became obsessed with reading books and listening to audio recordings around the Laws of Attraction, Energy, and Positive Thinking. It was great.

Today, many years later, I still keep many of these practices in my life. I follow a popular spiritual coach and am even in her paid membership. She sends positive emails and posts daily affirmations inside her private Facebook group that I love. I enjoy this type of coaching very much.
