More than likely, your answer is ‘yes’. It seems nearly everyone is looking for a new hack to improve themselves.

Don’t believe me? Let’s look at some numbers:

The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, a book about morning habits, sold over 2 million copies and has been translated into 37 languages.

Atomic Habits by James Clear sold over 10 million copies.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey sold over 40 million copies in 50 languages.

I admit these books are among my personal favorites too.

Just Tell Me What To Do

While we love our independence, it seems people still want or need guidance on how to live better.

We love checking items off our To Do lists.

We like thinking we are just a bit better than others because we follow good habits.

Most importantly, we like not having to think but feel relief when someone else has done the thinking, researching, and organizing for us.
